UFC 126 is going to be held in Mandalay Bay Events Center, Las Vegas, Nevada on February 5th, 2011, and the weigh in results are going to be released a day before the fight, which is currently scheduled to air live in several online destinations via streaming video. The first fighter is expected to tip the scale at 7 p.m. ET. UFC 126 will be headlined by middleweight champion Anderson Silva, defending his world title against fellow Brazilian Vitor Belfort. Up-and-coming light heavyweights Ryan Bader and Jon Jones will also be seen in a battle that could determine the next division contender. In the mid cards, Forrest Griffin will battle Rich Franklin for the 205 lbs division, Jake Ellenberger will face Carlos Eduardo Rocha in the 170 lbs weight, and it will be Antonio Banuelos versus Miguel Torres for the 135 lbs weight class. Just a reminder, for those who will be in Sin City for the promotion’s highly-anticipated Super Bowl weekend bonanza, the weigh in is free to attend and open to public so you can see the fighters freely as they step on the scale. The doors will be opened at 3 p.m. PT for the general public.
